Terry Michael “Mike” Fister - Owner

Mike Fister, son of Vincent Fister, started working at his father’s company when he was just 12 years old. He continued his employment with the company while attending the University of Kentucky, earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce/Accounting in 1966. In 1975, at the age of 30, Mike, a United States Army veteran, assumed operational leadership of the family business and has continued leading it since. Under Mike’s leadership, Vincent Fister, Inc. has become one of the largest moving and storage companies in Central Kentucky, today employing more than 100 employees. The Vincent Fister name is known for its integrity and quality service not only in Kentucky but throughout the United States. 

Jorge Lancho–President

Jorge Lancho joined Vincent Fister in August 2015 with more than 25 years of management experience in various industries, including eight years at Amazon.com, helping to establish the company’s national returns department and their Amazon Transport operations. While at Amazon Jorge earned a “Door Desk Award,” the highest award presented by Amazon to select employees for “well-built ideas” that create significant savings for the company and enable lower prices for customers. A Chicago native and a graduate of Maryville College in Maryville, Tenn., Jorge draws on his years of professional experience in helping companies grow, enhance operational performance and provide greater value for customers.

Anita Willoughby–Vice President of Accounting

Anita Willoughby joined Vincent Fister, Inc., in 1990 as the payroll clerk after graduating magna cum laude from Morehead State University. Since that time Anita has held positions in all aspects of the Accounting Department, including Information Technology. Anita was named Vice President of Accounting in 2001. She currently is the longest tenured full-time employee with the exception of Mike Fister. Her years of experience and significant knowledge of the business make Anita an exceptionally valuable member of the Vincent Fister team. Anita has played a vital role in the company’s growth over the past 30 years.
