  • Owner-Operator Driver:  Vincent Fister, Inc. is currently hiring qualified and experienced owner operator drivers to develop lasting careers. Owner-Operator drivers are responsible for handling our interstate hauling business. Owner operators must have a minimum of three years of experience and high quality claims and safety scores. Vincent Fister, Inc. is currently hiring owner-operators for both household goods and special commodities.

 


 

  • Crew Leader/Local Driver:  Vincent Fister, Inc. is seeking qualified and experienced local crew leaders and drivers. Crew Leaders must be familiar with household goods loading, be able to manage a moving crew and have a valid CDL-A license. You also must be able to maintain high quality claims and safety scores. Prior experience in the moving industry is a must.

 


 

  • Helper:  Interested in learning the moving business from the Vincent Fister, Inc. experts? The moving helper position is an excellent place to start. Primary job duties involve assisting the Crew Leader with the loading, unloading, and transportation of household goods and office furniture. Movers must be in good physical condition. You must be able to hand carry furniture, pad wrap furniture, pack items into cartons and properly utilize moving equipment. Training will be provided.

 


 

  • LOCAL NON-CDL DRIVER/ Crew Leader
  • This position requires a Driver’s License and is responsible for operating the pack vans and/or straight trucks. The driver is responsible for supervising and helping load and unload vans, warehouse vaults, overseas crates, and moving all household goods. The driver will be responsible for keeping track of inventories and pack counts. Training is provided and bonuses are offered for safe work behavior. Excellent benefits, competitive pay, and room for advancement.

 


 

  • CLASS A OR B LOCAL DRIVERS: Must have a Class A or a Class B license. This position is responsible for operating straight trucks/semi (depending on what license you have). The driver is responsible for supervising and helping load and unload vans, warehouse vaults, overseas crates, and moving of all household goods. The driver will be responsible for keeping track of inventories and pack counts. Training period is provided and bonuses are offered for safe work behavior. Excellent benefits, competitive pay, and room for advancement.

 


 

  • PACKER: This position is responsible for packing all of the household goods on local moves. The packer must adhere to established standards that are measured by pack points. A training period is provided and bonuses are offered for safe work behavior. Excellent benefits, competitive pay, and room for advancement.

 


 

  • HELPER: This position is responsible for helping the drivers move all of the household goods in and out of homes safely. There will be times when the helper will be in the warehouse loading and unloading vans, crates, vaults of household goods of special commodities. Training period is provided and bonuses are offered for safe work behavior. Excellent benefits, competitive pay, and room for advancement.

 


 

  • INTERSTATE DRIVERS / OWNER OPERATORS: We are seeking experienced interstate household goods or special products drivers. Long haul drivers are out 4 to 6 weeks. Short haul drivers are out 1-2 weeks. Drivers are paid every 2 weeks, with a draw about of 25% of gross line haul. Bring your tractor or we have a leasing program with late model equipment. We offer a volume incentive program that is based on line haul annually. Agent is dispatched by our dispatcher not Van Line’s. Family friendly environment. We are offering a sign on bonus of $3,000.00 dollar right now! $ 1,000.00 due at sign on and $ 2,000.00 due after 90 days from signed ICOA.

 


 

  • ACCOUNTS PAYABLE OR RECEIVABLE CLERKS: Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerks are responsible for processing all payables and receivables for our companies. No weekends or holidays. Competitive compensation or benefits.

 


 

  • MOVE COORDINATOR: This position communicates with customers, prospects, dispatch, and accounting on a daily basis. Basic accounting skills are required. Responsible for coordinating transportation requests and coordinating moves. This person must have strong verbal communication skills and have an outgoing personality. Competitive compensation and benefits. 

 


 

  • OPERATIONS: This position requires excellent phone skills, good communication, organizational, math and computer skills. This person must have experience with Microsoft Office and have the ability to multi task. This person will monitor flow of local paperwork and help dispatchers with their work.
